The Role

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquets. You will lead strategy, inspire teams, and ensure that every outlet delivers exceptional service, strong financial performance, and a memorable guest experience.

– Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets to ensure consistency and excellence

– Drive revenue through menu planning, promotions, and innovative F&B programming

– Lead, coach, and motivate department leaders and frontline teams

– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with New York regulations

– Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee purchasing for F&B operations

– Review guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction

– Support the high-quality execution of events

– Collaborate closely with Spa and Operations leadership

– Perform additional responsibilities as needed to enhance operations such as a MOD

– Strong ownership support and a collaborative executive team

Salary or Hourly Rate

60k -62k Per Year Salary
