We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and results-driven BDC Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, following up with leads, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers by phone, email, and text message.
- Follow up with internet leads and marketing-generated inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Track and document all customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, sales, or BDC preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
