RKI INTRUMENTS INC seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and performing data entry tasks with high accuracy.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
– Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
– Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including entering customer information, orders, and other relevant data
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
– Utilize CRM software and Microsoft Office applications to manage customer interactions and track customer data
– Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
*Requirements:*
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
– 1-2 years of customer service and data entry experience
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
