WORK HOURS
We typically work 46 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Saturdays:  8:00 AM – 2 PM
COMPENSATION – NON ATTORNEYS
We pay our team weekly by direct deposit.   Entry Level positions are up to $53k per year.  Experienced individuals are absolutely welcome to apply,
COMPENSATION – ATTORNEYS
Compensation is up to $100k per year for attorneys who can assist our senior counsel in ongoing litigation against the NYC Parking Violations Bureau.
Successful Actions v. The NYC Parking Violations Bureau
NYS Supreme Court Case:    101637-2015 – Article 78 case closed but dismissals continue each day, at new hearings.
Class Action Settlement:       $2,450.000  + $400,000.00 Settlement of Contempt Motion against the City of New York
Client Refunds & Relief:        $10,000,000.00  – growing with each PVB hearing.
Why:   City illegally charged and enforced collection of tickets where the Body Type was not correct
NYS Supreme Court Case:      100654-2014 – Case Closed
Client Refunds & Relief:         $500,000.00
Why:   City illegally charged and enforced collection of parking tickets they illegally altered
NYS Supreme Court Case:     100049-2014 – Case Closed
Client Refunds                         $50,000.00
Why:   City illegally charged and enforced collection of improper penalties
